The dish that Jen made was: Butterscotch Pie!
It was quite good, except for the bit that got a bit burnt when she took my unsolicited advice and turned the heat up a bit.

No. Not all pudding and biscuits. But they do have these crazy things called lamingtons that are stale pound cake squares covered in chocolate and coconut. And the pudding here isn't what you think. ;)
